Hello everyone,

My name is Lisa and throughout my life, I have been privileged to enjoy home cooked food and lunches. My mother taught me the skill of cooking and preparing food in advance to not rely on take out meals/frozen dinners has stayed with me through adulthood. I am not saying that I don't enjoy the occasional meal out, or late night craving from time to time. However, I have managed to save that for the weekend and remain diligent with my meal portions throughout the week days.

This meal prepping blog is dedicated to people who enjoy cooking, but don't have much time. Here, you will find easy, healthy and tasty meal and snack recipes that will save you time throughout the week, so you can enjoy that time to yourself.
