Energizing and quick morning breakfast

Happy Monday! 

As I've gotten older, I've realized how important breakfast is. Whether or not you're a morning person, you should always eat something to start your day 

Heres an easy protein pancake recipe, with very few and simple ingredients. All you need is:
  • 1 banana 
  • 2 tablespoons for vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cups of egg whites 
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar (or any other sweetener, you prefer)  
  • A splash of vanilla extract 
  • Add whatever kind of fruit on top 




If you're more of a grab and go kind of person, try meal prepping you breakfast the night before. I always prepare hard boiled eggs a night before so I can either have it for breakfast or put them in my salad.

Here I made peanut butter energy bites 

  • 1/4 cup of natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of unsweetened coconut flakes 
  • 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips 
  • 1/3 cup of toasted oatmeal 
  • A handful of hemp seeds
